Eid al-Adha or Eid Qurban is one of the most popular festivals of the followers of Islam.

This festival is a commemoration of the willingness of Ibrahim to follow Allah’s command to sacrifice his son. Muslims observe this event to remember the loyalty and obedience of Ibrahim. The events of this festival involve prayers and feasts. Usually, there is a sacrifice of an animal and the meat is shared among, family, relatives, friends and the poor. This festival has a clear message of devotion, kindness and equality.
