Rajgir Mahotsav
Rajgir Mahotsav, a three day dance festival is held at Rajgir-the ancient capital of the Magadha Kings-every year during the last week of October.
The event is organised by the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Bihar. Full of action, the dance festival consists of devotional music, operas, different kinds of folk dances, classical dances and ballets which creates an atmosphere of gaiety and festivity. Musicians from all over the country participate in the festival.
